Support for Camila in Portugal

The National Republican Guard supports the work of the Noelia Foundation, given that it has two soldiers in its ranks and a 10-year-old daughter, Camila, diagnosed with CMD-Col6. This initiative is part of its institutional and human dimension, promoting the values ​​of SOLIDARITY, COHESION, and SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY. This action reinforces the National Republican Guard’s position as an institution that is close to the people and highly sensitive to relevant social causes, especially when these are directly related to its military personnel.

The proposed activity aims to raise social awareness about this issue and contribute to funding ongoing research, in solidarity with the efforts that the parents of these children have been making since 2015, hoping that these projects will find a cure for this disease. The fundraising campaign, which will take place during 2026, will encourage monetary donations directly to the Noelia Foundation, without involving any monetary transactions with the National Republican Guard.

Through this movement to support Camila and all the Camilas who suffer daily from DMC-Col6, we seek to give hope to those who never stop fighting. We invite you to join this initiative by donating to the Noelia Foundation (project code “JUNTOS4CAMILA”) or by purchasing solidarity products, with all proceeds going to the Noelia Foundation. This reinforces the motto “Together for a cause! Give strength, give life!”
